Upon arrival at New Delhi Airport or Railway Station, meet our driver who will be waiting outside the arrival hall with a placard in your name. Transfer to your pre-booked hotel.

After check-in and freshening up, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of New Delhi.

Visit:

• Qutub Minar – UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the tallest minarets in the world.
• Lotus Temple – Beautiful Baháʼí House of Worship shaped like a lotus flower.
• Humayun’s Tomb – A magnificent Mughal architectural masterpiece.
• Safdarjung’s Tomb – A historic garden tomb from the Mughal era.
• India Gate – National war memorial honoring Indian soldiers.
• Drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan and the Parliament House.

After lunch (optional at extra cost), visit Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir).

Return to the hotel.

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Old Delhi.

• Red Fort (drive past)
• Jama Masjid – One of the largest mosques in India.

Early morning visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Later visit Mehtab Bagh for a scenic view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.

After breakfast drive to Jaipur (240 km).

En route visit:

• Fatehpur Sikri – UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Emperor Akbar.

In the evening transfer to Jaipur Railway Station to board the overnight train to Amritsar.

Arrival at Amritsar Railway Station where our driver will meet you and transfer you to the hotel.

After relaxation, proceed to visit the famous Wagah Border Ceremony.

This patriotic ceremony marks the closing of the India-Pakistan border gates every evening and attracts large crowds with energetic military displays.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Amritsar.

After breakfast visit the sacred Golden Temple (Sri Harmandir Sahib).

The temple is surrounded by the holy Amrit Sarovar and serves free meals to thousands of visitors daily through the Langar (community kitchen).

Also visit:

• Jallianwala Bagh – Historic memorial of the 1919 massacre.
