Welcome to Maharishi Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing this website or booking any travel service with us, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Role of the Company

Maharishi Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a travel facilitator and booking agent. We arrange services such as transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and tour packages through independent third-party service providers. We do not own or control airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other service providers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Prices are subject to change due to airfare, hotel tariffs, fuel charges, or government taxes.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory to initiate and confirm any booking.
• The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of travel.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation with applicable charges.

4. GST & Taxation

• All prices are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable.
• GST rates depend on the nature of services booked.
• Any increase in government taxes after booking shall be borne by the traveler.
• GST invoices will be issued only against valid GST details provided at the time of booking.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identity proofs, permits, and medical certificates. The company shall not be liable for denial of boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges. The company reserves the right to amend itineraries due to operational or safety reasons.

7. Hotels, Transport & Services

• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies.
• Transportation is provided strictly as per the itinerary.
• Any additional usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maharishi Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, war, or civil disturbances.

10. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to follow local laws and customs. Any damage or misconduct shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
