Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed by Maharishi Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd.. We request all customers to carefully review this policy before confirming any travel booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only in cases where cancellations are made as per the applicable Cancellation Policy.
• No refund shall be provided for partially utilized services, unused sightseeing, or voluntary early departure.
• Refund eligibility depends on the refund approval received from respective service providers.

2. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, taxes, and administrative costs. Refunds will be initiated only after the company receives the refund amount from airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 working days.
• Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and service providers.
• Maharishi Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by external agencies.

4. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
• Cash refunds are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
• Refunds to third-party accounts are not allowed.

5. Non-Refundable Services

• Visa fees, permit charges, travel insurance, convenience fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
• Non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, and promotional packages are not eligible for refunds.
• GST and other statutory taxes may not be refundable as per government regulations.

6. GST & Tax Implications

• GST charged on services is governed by statutory rules and may not be refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per prevailing GST laws.
• Any changes in tax structure after booking shall be borne by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable in cases of natural calamities, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
